I am an introvert who can fake extrovert, so most of the time I don't mind being alone, but I'd like a partner to travel and socialize with.

I'm eclectic in my musical tastes but my favorite is rock 'n roll. I'm a Beatles freak.

I'm a progressive and an environmentalist, I have a history in both campaign and party politics but have slowed down in action but not in interest.

I enjoy the out of doors and road trips, I won't fly.

I'm a Scorpio. I have 3 brothers, two daughters and two grandchildren all adults and none live close.

I am quite interested in other cultures (including women) particularly Indigenous cultures. Diversity is a strength in my view.

I can be quite passionate. I'm a public TV fan and the like.

I live on a four acre peninsula on the Mississippi River in a house I built. I cannot see a neighbor though I live in the city limits of Bemidji. I love Minnesota's Great North Woods and being around water. I'm a city boy who moved north in my early 30's and grew accustomed to the slower pace. Summer is my favorite time of year. Not much for Winter, I'd like a traveling companion to go west, AZ or NM. I have brothers around Monterey CA.

I wrote a book entitled ROAD TO PONEMAH: The Teachings of Larry Stillday, an Ojibwe Medicine Person. Long story. I consider myself Irish. (half) Quarter French Canadian and quarter German. I admire authenticity and humility.
