Lived an adventurous life and retired at 48. Lived on a barrier island off the coast of Florida, directly on the ocean, for 20 years then, moved to Vegas 10 years ago.

Have a rescue dog (Belgium Malinois) & a Whoodle; no children. Have written 3 books and am working on a fourth.
A lot of people are content to sit by the sidelines and WATCH the game of life; I want to be IN THE GAME AND PARTICIPATE and looking for the same in a gal.
Am just looking for a normal, feet-on-the-ground gal to laugh with, relax & enjoy life with; someone that's not so encumbered in drama & commitments that it makes dating stressful; dating shouldn't be a tedious, nerve-wracking chore. I try to keep it simple; simple is hard enough.
What I AM looking for: Someone who has time to be adventurous, preferably retired or someone who can make their own schedule. Looking got a gal for all seasons: one that is adventurous & spontaneous & see where that takes us. I like football, golf, dogs & the arts (literature, music: all types especially the blues, country, the '60's rock & roll oldies, etc.), plays, and shows on the strip. I believe two people should meet over a glass of wine or cup of coffee and see if they like each other. Simple. I would rather meet someone, in person, for a half an hour (over coffee or a glass of wine), to see if that chemistry is there. As Sinatra sang: "Nice & Easy does it every time."
